Air Conditioning System Check

We are currently scheduling inspections on all air conditioning units. As we chart out the community, we will send each household a postcard with an appointment date for your home.

The Scope of Work includes:

Clean condensing coil unit with an approved coil cleaner, including removal of any vegetation
Oil the condensing motor, if applicable
Replace deteriorated suction line insulation
Clean evaporator coil, which includes pumping down the condensing unit and removing the evaporator coil and cleaning with an approved coil cleaner
Clean evaporator motor and squirrel cage, if applicable
Clean out condensation line or condensation pump, whichever applies to specific unit
Clean filter if it is a reusable filter and replace disposable filters with reusable filters
Add up to 2lbs of refrigerant in each unit
Creation of a status log for each system
Immediate reporting of any other issues determined in the inspection that are out of the scope of the Preventative Maintenance to Pinnacle for further assessment and possible additional service
 
If there is a Permission-to-Enter on file, we will enter and complete the work.
 
If there is not a Permission-to-Enter on file, but you would like to facilitate the work,
contact us to arrange for Permission-to-Enter on the scheduled day.
